Hannah and Webb’s wedding is one for the books. Hannah had a vision for her wedding, and with the help of her mother-in-law Anna, that vision was brought to life. Their laid back elegant botanical wedding features some of my favorite details that we’ve ever shown here on The I Do List. Hannah wasn’t afraid to be unique and that’s one of the things we love most about this wedding.
Hannah and Webb said their vows lakeside under a simple yet stunningly decorated pavilion. With a backdrop like that they didn’t need much other than some gorgeous flowers. After saying their vows, the newlyweds and their guests spent the evening celebrating under a classic clear top tent.
My favorite part about this wedding are the unique design details of the reception. Instead of doing floral centerpieces on every table, Hannah and Webb opted for potted greens in vintage milk glass vessels. The array of lettuces and herbs accompanied by vining greens and dusty blue taper candles that adorned each table were simply perfect.
They continued the botanical and dusty blue details through each element of their wedding including their escort cards. Small potted trees lined the entrance to the tent and tied to each limb were dusty blue watercolor escort cards with each guests name and table number. The display fit perfect with their theme and is one of the most fun and unique ways I’ve seen escort cards displayed.
Every detail of Hannah and Webb’s wedding was stunning and full of such unique and personal touches. I can’t stop gushing over it’s beauty and hope you loved it as much as I did!
From the Photographer: Now for Hannah and Webb, these two are literally two of the sweetest and kindest human beings we have ever met! Dylan and I were in awe all day because of how they treated each other and their friends. After their first look (which was sooo unbelievably sweet!) they took a few minutes to themselves and read each other their own vows! How much more romantic can it get?! We were off hiding somewhere but we could still hear them both weeping as they pronounced their own vows to each other and it was so sweet! Kind of like something off of the Notebook, but better because it was real life! At the end of the night, Hannah and Webb left in a mini cooper which is the same car that they had their first date in!
